Philip Erdoes - Philip is founder and CEO of Bear Ventures. As a serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in creating new enterprises, Philip works closely with the presidents and business managers within each of his portfolio companies, providing strategic advice and financing. From start up companies to buyout opportunities to the distressed arena, Philip ensures that all of Bear’s resources are focused to maximize the investment. Philip sits on the boards of each of his investment companies and is the head of the Finance Committee for all Bear investments. Philip is a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO) and is engaged in a number of charitable activities and foundations. Philip practiced law at a Texas based national law firm (Andrews and Kurth), where he specialized in corporate finance/M&A. He holds a BS in Biology/Bio-medicine from Oklahoma State University, a JD with Honors from the University Of Oklahoma, College Of Law, and an MBA from Harvard University, Graduate School of Business.

Rebby Gregg - Rebby is a partner at Bear Ventures. He has hands-on financial, legal, business development, and operational management experience. He focuses on venture investing, growth/buyout funding, and distressed situations, working closely with Bear’s portfolio companies. Rebby also has practiced law at King & Spalding and Andrews & Kurth, L.L.P., specializing in mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate matters. He holds an A.B. degree with honors in History from Princeton University and a J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law.
